BNP Paribas Markets 360 has announced the appointment of David Martin as Head of Commodities Desk Strategy, effective immediately.
In this role, David will lead the newly created Commodities Desk Strategy team, who cover metals in addition to energy, adapting and enhancing Markets 360’s research offering.
David Martin joined the bank in April this year, and has over 25 years of experience in commodities markets, having worked in companies including JP Morgan, the International Energy Agency and BP.
Based in London, David will report to Luigi Speranza, Chief Global Economist, BNP Paribas Markets 360.
David Wilson has also recently joined BNP Paribas as a senior member of the Commodities Desk Strategy team, covering base and precious metal markets. David Wilson is also based in London and reports to David Martin.
