FCA regulated emerging markets focused broker Sova Capital has announced that it has selected Appway, a leader in technology for workflow orchestration in financial services, to provide the solutions for Sova’s best-in-class, user-friendly, digital onboarding and KYC refresh experience. Appway’s Onboarding for Wealth and KYC and Regulatory Reviews solutions will allow Sova to streamline collaborative workflows and direct client interactions via Appway’s Client Engagement Hub.

Sova Capital is an FCA authorized and regulated broker located in London. The firm offers a full range of investment brokerage services to institutional and corporate clients. As a global independent player with a strong connection to local markets, Sova Capital helps its clients expand in the most efficient way, discover new opportunities, and achieve their goals over the long term.

Sova’s clients are often highly complex legal entities that require complicated, multifaceted onboarding and KYC processes. Appway’s flexible and easily extensible solutions allow KYC managers to serve their clients with an optimal experience while reducing operational burdens. Sova can adapt the pre-configured, guided rule-based processes to adjust to new circumstances and shifting regulatory requirements. Sova’s clients will have direct digital interactions via the Client Engagement Hub.

Appway will deliver its market-leading solutions:

Onboarding for Wealth streamlines the data gathering process and reduces client onboarding times while increasing the managers’ and KYC teams’ ability to provide individualized experiences.

Regulatory Reviews for Wealth significantly reduces operational burdens by orchestrating relevant experts, enabling ongoing compliance checks, and providing proven workflows that support risk management.

Both solutions are designed from the ground up to facilitate the collaboration among managers, KYC administrators, and the client with complete visibility into the holistic onboarding and KYC review processes.

“Sova Capital is focused on being an active and innovative partner at every point on our client’s route to success, starting with the very first steps of their journey. Appway’s proven, market-leading and user-friendly solution will enable us to deliver the efficient and collaborative onboarding experience we require for our clients,” said Igor Burlakov, CBO. “The Appway team are highly engaged and dedicated in delivering the best solutions for an unrivalled client experience.”

Giorgio Luparia, Appway’s Head of Sales EMEA & Asia, added,

“Appway is proud to partner with Sova’s team bringing global market opportunities to their clients. Our Onboarding and KYC solutions will allow Sova to streamline collaborative workflows, reduce operations burdens, enable ongoing compliance, and support risk management – all while elevating their client experience with direct digital engagement.”

Sova Capital is an FCA authorised and regulated broker based in London. The firm offers institutional and corporate clients a full range of investment brokerage services, including independent research, securities trading, electronic and high-touch execution, and public capital markets financing.
