FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that longtime HotForex senior executive Andreas Lambrou has left the company, joining CySEC-licensed rival Key Way Group, which operates the Capex.com Retail FX brand.
Since 2016 Andreas Lambrou was Group Head of Finance and Accounting at HF Markets, which operates the HF Markets (in the EU) and HotForex (offshore) Retail FX and CFD brokerage brands. He was also Executive Director of the company’s DFSA and FSC licensed companies. At Key Way Group / Capex.com he will be Group CFO.
Capex.com is owned by Key Way Group Ltd, a Romania based, Gibraltar domiciled fintech investment group. Capex.com subsidiaries hold operating licenses from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the Abu Dhabi Global Market Financial Services Regulatory Authority, and the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa. The company is a sponsor of Italian football club Juventus.
