Recently, KPMG, the bankruptcy liquidator of Halifax, released a dynamic update on Halifax’s bankruptcy. The details are as follows:
Previously, KPMG predicted that an allocation notice would be sent to investors in January 2022 with a unique code to register and log into the investor portal. But so far, investors have not received that information.
According to the latest official announcement, KPMG will send unique codes and investor portal login information to investors by the end of February 2022. KPMG is currently working with third-party providers to complete the development and testing of the investor portal as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the process took longer than expected.
