On December 9, 2021, Angela Crawford-Ingle, who is an Independent Non-executive Director of TP ICAP, bought 14,332 shares in the company at a price of £1.3945 per share.
Let’s recall that, on November 10, 2021, Ms Crawford-Ingle bought 9,716 shares in the company at a price of £2.047 per share.
Angela Crawford-Ingle was appointed to the Board of TP ICAP on March 16, 2020. She is a member of the Audit, Risk, and Nominations and Governance Committees.
She has substantial experience in Executive and Non-executive Director roles. She contributes scrutiny and oversight to the Board from her extensive experience of audit of multi-national and listed companies.
Angela Crawford-Ingle was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she spent 30 years as a chartered accountant specialising in financial services and led the Insurance and Investment Management Division.
